Our Services

We aim to provide a range of evidence-based interventions focused on our clients’ individual needs.

Becoming a Brooke House client is very simple! Clients who are eligible for our services can self-refer or be referred by statutory services, the community and voluntary sector, or by armed forces and police charities and associations.

Potential clients must complete a client referral form. Information packs and confidential client referral forms are available on request by contacting Brooke House.

Once a completed client referral is received – within 5 days the client will be invited to attend an Initial Screening Appointment with one of our Health and Wellbeing Coordinators.

An inital screening appointment is an informal discussion to identify client need. It takes place in our warm and welcoming Health and Wellbeing Centre, which is located in Colebrooke Park, Co. Fermanagh.

Following this informal discussion, the client will be referred or signposted to appropriate services based on his or her individual needs.

We offer a range of different services, support programmes and interventions, some of which require a separate screening process. Once a service is complete, clients will be invited to return to Brooke House Health and Wellbeing Centre to have a review appointment.

Clients with any mobility, sight or hearing problems, learning or literacy difficulties who may require assistance regarding attendance at their appointments, should notify Brooke House staff in advance. If required translation services for languages other than English can be provided.
