Brooke House Health and Wellbeing Centre offer a range of Complementary Therapy treatments such as:
These treatments may be offered to our clients as an intervention to promote rest and relaxation, to help address the symptoms of stress and anxiety, to support pain management or problems with sleeping.
Before being referred for a complementary therapy intervention clients will attend an initial assessment appointment with our complementary therapist or Health and Wellbeing Coordinator, to allow a tailored programme of treatment to developed based on the client’s clinical needs. Treatment may include a combination of therapies.
Clients referred to Brooke House Health & Wellbeing Centre for Complementary Therapy may also have use of the lounge area and the onsite outdoor Sauna and Hot Tub to help promote relaxation before/after their treatment.
